Return and Refund Policy

We want your Havenoiva tools to feel useful from the first clean. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original accessories and packaging where practical.

To start a return, email service@havenoiva.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are inspected.
